No 132646, County of Stanley, Parish of Burpengary, Local Government: Moreton Bay, containing 830 M2 and being the whole of the Land contained in certificate of Title Ref. 15231032.

The Property is subject to a Bill of Mortgage to Permanent Trustee Company Limited.

The Property is registered in the names of CHRISTIAN WILLIAM de BRUEYS and LEANN ROBYN MILLS as joint tenants.
