The new Bailiff-Sheriff Australia website is a resource for bailiffs, sheriffs, court officers, liquidators & administrators, legal practitioners, business people and the general public. On this site you will find useful information on bailiffs and sheriffs auctions, public notices, useful forms and educational information to assist you with managing court-related activity.

New services on this site include the capability for legal and financial professionals, liquidators & administrators, government and the general public to self-manage and post a wide variety of legal and public notices. Part of our new capability is the vital Member service of directing letters and notices from liquidators & administrators directly to bailiffs, sheriffs and their respective Courts.

To locate the Correct Bailiff for Fee Payment:

For Service of Process in the following Court Districts: BRISBANE, BEENLEIGH, IPSWICH, TOOGOOLAWAH, CABOOLTURE, WYNNUM, REDCLIFFE, HOLLAND PARK & RICHLANDS or GREATER BRISBANE AREA send directly to the Bailiff(s) for that district. View Bailiff Locations Queensland HERE

For Service of Process in all other Court Districts send the process to relevant Bailiff for Service and make payment for SERVICE of process to the respective Bailiff.

Payments for SERVICE of process by POLICE should be made to the Officer in Charge (OC) of the Police Station where service is to be effected, for example 'O.C Police Dysart'.

Payment of the ENFORCEMENT Fee for a Warrant must be made payable to the MAGISTRATES COURT that issued the Warrant (Not the Bailiff).

When calculating a service or enforcement fee please remember to add any excess charges if necessary, i.e. charges will apply if there is a number other than zero in the 'Add Charges' column of the fees tables.
