BAILIFF FEES – QUEENSLAND LEGEND

Additional Fees may be payable in addition to the prescribed Service & Execution Fees. When calculating a service or execution fee please remember to add any excess charges if necessary as described in the legend below. It is highly recommended that the relevant “Court Registry” be contacted to confirm the correct ferry, barge and boat charges or plane fares as there may be increases from time to time. BAILIFF SERVICE
Payments for SERVICE of process should be made directly to the Bailiff of the respective Magistrates Court, for example: “BAILIFF BRISBANE” QLD Bailiff Locations

POLICE SERVICE
Payments for Service of process by POLICE should be made to the Officer in Charge[OC] of Police Station where service is to be effected, for example: “O.C. POLICE DYSART” QLD Police Stations

EXECUTION FEES - WARRANTS
Payment of the EXECUTION Fees for a Warrant must be made payable to the Magistrates Court that issues the Warrant, for example: “MAGISTRATES COURTBRISBANE ”QLD Magistrates Courts
